What is the Premier Employer Partnership?
¶¶Òô³Ô¹Ï’s Premier Employer Partnership leverages support from local employers to furnish students with financial resources to obtain their degree. Participating businesses and organizations play a key role during every step in the process, providing career guidance, meaningful workplace experience and the opportunity to start working immediately following graduation.
Employers benefit by developing a pipeline of local students who are trained in a relevant degree program and are engaged in both their workplace and their city or town.
This Premier Employer Partnership at ¶¶Òô³Ô¹Ï offers a, no-cost, program that gives employers the opportunity to help train and shape the workforce that will move their industry forward, and help keep their local communities vibrant.
Partnership Objectives:
- Create an employer spotlight throughout ¶¶Òô³Ô¹Ï promotional materials to bring awareness to the employer’s support for Career and Technical Education in the community.
- Provide all current and future students with access to employment opportunities at highly regarded and respected local employers.
- Provide a pipeline of talented and highly trained candidates for open positions within our employer partner’s facilities, clinics, and businesses.
- Promote and strengthen employer/educator relationships to enhance the workforce of our local community.
¶¶Òô³Ô¹Ï's Responsibilities:
- Provide employer access to graduating students through career fairs, workshops, or scheduled visits.
- Market employer partnerships and hiring needs through digital and print media where applicable.
- Allow prioritized recruitment and/or internship placement for all employer partners.
- Provide regular communication about school events, curriculum enhancements and student achievements.
